We doubt that klobasa, potica or penina will be on the menu, and expect far more stinky tofu, fried chicken and bubble tea, but it makes the heart swell with pride to see Ljubljana’s own Odprta Kuhinja being used to promote this upcoming event in Taiwan.
Still, if you’re lucky to find yourself in Taipei on November 18, why not check it out. As a 16-year veteran of that fair isle I can promise many novel sights, sounds, smells and tastes that will delight (or maybe turn) your stomach.
