"Turkish dumping for Karavanke": Turkey's Cengiz Insat is bidding for the construction of a second tube of the Karavanke border motorway tunnel with an offer 25% lower than other bidders. Slovenian builders argue it is impossible to build the tunnel by Slovenian standards with such money. (front page, page 4)

"Kim acting dove ahead of Korea summit": The announcement by North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un that the country would stop nuclear missile tests and firing missiles is a prologue ahead of Friday's historic Korea summit while the world is wondering about the real reasons behind the decision.
