If you’re in Kranj June 27 to 30 then you’re in just the place to see the World Mountainboard Championship 2018, an exciting event to be held in Jošt that’s all the more appealing because entrance to watch is free, while music, food and drink will also be available. The event starts with two days of training, followed by two of competition, with both freestyle and boarder-x contests, the latter when four competitors hurtle down the track at the same time.
Mountainboarding, per Wikipedia, is also known as dirtboarding, offroad boarding and all terrain boarding (ATB), and is derived from snowboarding.
