The Soča Valley Hiking Festival is back for another few weeks, once again taking place in late September and early October, the best time for hiking.

The festival presents a series of organised hiking trips with experienced guides, with the routes ranging from easy to more demanding. As well as the walks there’s a full programme of exhibitions, lectures and events, as well as various celebrations of local cuisine.
