STA, 1 October 2018 - Long-term care and demographic change, which Slovenia has been unsuccessfully grappling with for some time now, will be in the focus as International Day of Older Persons is observed on 1 October. Expert Martin Toth believes the country should look to Germany for solutions to the problem.

STA, 1 October 2018 – While thousands of students will return to universities as the new academic year 2017/2018 starts on Monday, the trend of universities cutting the number of students they accept continues this year. 

STA, 28 September 2018 - Slovenia's annual inflation rate ran at 2% in September, up 0.2 percentage points from the month before, mainly due to higher prices of petroleum products. Consumer prices rose by 0.4% from the previous month.
